AUTHENTICITY

Scarfado Luxe focuses on handpicked luxury scarves with a strong emphasis on iconic brands such as Hermès, Ferragamo, Gucci, Dior, Chanel and other collectible designer pieces.
At Scarfado Luxe, every scarf is 100% authentic. Each piece is handpicked, carefully inspected, and verified through a detailed authentication process, including:
  • Fabric and silk quality inspection
  • Hand-rolled hem evaluation
  • Print accuracy and colour consistency
  • Artist signatures and copyright marks
  • Brand-specific identifiers
  • Condition grading and quality check
We only sell pieces that meet genuine luxury standards. No replicas, no inspired pieces, no compromises ever.

RESTOCKS

Most of our scarves are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, so restocks are not guaranteed. Once a design is sold, it is usually gone. However, we continuously source new luxury scarves from trusted suppliers, so fresh collections will be available from time to time. These items tend to sell quickly, so be sure to set a reminder. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Yes. Every Scarfado Luxe order is shipped with insured and traceable delivery, giving you peace of mind from the moment it leaves us until it arrives safely at your door. Once your order is in the carrier’s possession, we are not responsible for:
  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages
  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier
  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

We will work directly with the carrier to file a claim, and any refund or replacement is contingent on the carrier’s resolution. Failure to provide requested information (such as proof of loss or damage) may result in the inability to recover a refund.
We currently ship within Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. International shipping can also be arranged upon request.
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. Delays due to customs processing are beyond our control. If an international package is refused or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Once you order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your item’s tracking number.

We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days. To follow your shipment, please use the tracking number provided with your order.

I’ve entered the incorrect shipping address, how do I change it?
If your order hasn’t shipped and you haven’t received a tracking number, please email us at luxescarfado@gmail.com as soon as possible.

RETURNS & POLICIES

We cannot accept returns; all sales are final at the time of sale. If you have any questions regarding any  of our items, before purchasing, please feel free to email luxescarfado@gmail.com 

To place an Order with SCARFADO LUXE you must be over eighteen (18) years of age. If you are under eighteen (18), you may place an Order with SCARFADO LUXE only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You must not misuse our Platform. You shall not use any automated systems or software to extract data from this Platform for any purpose. You shall not commit or encourage a criminal offence, transmit or distribute a virus including but not limited to Trojan horse, worm, logic bomb or post any other material on the Platform which is malicious, technologically harmful, in breach of confidence or in any way offensive or obscene; hack into; corrupt data; cause annoyance to other users; infringe upon the rights of any other person’s proprietary rights; send any unsolicited advertising or promotional material; or attempt to affect the performance or functionality of any computer facilities of or accessed throughout the Platform. Any breach of this provision would constitute an offence under Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998. In the event such breach occurs, SCARFADO LUXE will report the breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and appropriate legal action will be taken.

Registration

(a) To place an Order, you must register with us by creating an Account on the Platform. You must only submit to us information which is accurate and true. You must also keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes, by using the relevant sections of the Platform.

(b) You shall not misuse the Platform by creating multiple user accounts.

Formation of a Contract

(a) The information set out in the Terms and Conditions and the details contained on this Platform do not constitute an offer for sale but rather an invitation to treat. No Contract in respect of any Products shall exist between you and us until we have shipped the Products to your address.

(b) To submit an Order, you will be required to follow the online shopping process on the Platform. After this you will receive an Order Acknowledgment which will act as an acknowledgement of our receipt of your Order. You acknowledge that the receipt of an Order Acknowledgment is not considered an acceptance of your Order by us.

(c) An Order is only considered accepted by us upon your Order being shipped to the delivery address provided by you, at which time you will receive an email notifying you that the Order has been shipped. Please check on the order status via the Platform. For more information on order statuses, please check with our Courier Service or check your purchased email.

(d) A Contract will relate only to those Products which we deliver to you. If your Order consists of more than one Product, the Products may be delivered to you in separate packages at separate times.

Price and Payment

Whilst we make best efforts to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Platform are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any Products which you have ordered, we may, at our sole discretion, decide to cancel your Order. If this happens, we will notify you via email. .

(a) We are under no obligation to fulfil your Order if the price listed on the Platform is incorrect (even after your Order has been acknowledged by us).

(b) You can pay using any of our payment partners listed on our website.

CONSIGNASCRAF

At the moment, we do not offer consignment or selling assistance for customer-owned scarves. Scarfado Luxe only sells pieces that are personally sourced and curated.
